Shipping costs

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10.00. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered.

We price the shipping based on the size and weight of the order. Typically, larger item(s) will increase the shipping cost.

In order for our fixed rate to occur, we don't send our products in their original boxes, instead we send them in Australia Post satchels. If you wish to receive your items in their original boxes please get in contact with us upon ordering, as an additional freight charge will occur. 

As our customer, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout, as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee. Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

 

Shipping costs applicable to returns and reissued items (other than any item deemed faulty) are at the customers expense.

 

Delivery time

We do our best to ship within 1 business day of your order. This is not always possible, but it is our goal and we will try very hard to make it happen

The majority of our deliveries are made by Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of between 2 to10 business days. Sometimes we may use an alternate courier based on the location and or the size of the order.

Bulky items

Bulky items are any item over 5kg in weight or has a large cubic volume.

Bulky items are any item that is required to be boxed and will not fit in any of the Australia Post pre-paid standard parcel post satchel sizes(S,M,L).

 

Some remote areas may be exempt from bulky item deliveries. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.

 

Reasons for order delays

• Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
• Public Holidays
• Extreme Weather Events
• Incorrect Credit Card information entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
