Refunds Policy


We encourage our customers to choose carefully as we do not offer a refund if a customer simply changes their mind. We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.

However, if you are not happy with your product, we may at our discretion, decide to exchange or provide you with a Gift Card, Credit Note or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags.

Some goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items are:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear or dancewear that has been removed from the packaging and worn cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. (Please make sure that items are tried on over your own underwear as we will reject returns if this hasn’t been done).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If an item is deemed faulty by the relevant supplier, the customer is first entitled to a repair then a credit note or refund. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
